Property Repairs
All repairs required to properties occupied by tenants should be notified to Property Management North East as soon as possible. If details are emailed to us, this should then be followed up by a call to confirm the arrangements.
Our office hours are:
Monday - Wednesday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
Thursday 9.45am - 5.00pm
Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Saturday 9.00m - 12noon
Sunday - closed
For any emergency gas or plumbing problems out of office hours, please call 01325 317729 up to 7.00pm.
