Terms and Procedures for Prospective Tenants
Bond and references are required, thus, prospective tenants will normally be required to be in full time employment. 10-14 working days should be allowed for each application.
Unless otherwise stated, all properties are let for a MINIMUM 6 months. Longer terms may be available on request. Rents quoted are exclusive of Council Tax and water rates, unless otherwise stated.
You may have viewed a property where the existing tenant is still in residence. If you have any doubts about what will be provided in the property please ask our staff and they will be happy to check.
Unless specifically prohibited pets are always by arrangements only and must be declared upon application.
An administration fee of £175 (One Hundred and Seventy Five Pounds) is charged on application plus a Bond which is equivalent to at least one month’s rent. (A higher bond may be required in some circumstances).
